I love this store. They are very professional. I love the customer service you are given .Dave gave me a awsome piece. My mother turned 90. Dad gave her a necklace and earrings set. Of course they were very old. We worked as a team . We had it redone . I was very pleased with work that was done. She was so surprised when she opened her gift she started to cry as dad has passed . Had a beautiful 1900’s 32nd degree Masonic ring I took here to get restored and enamel added. The 32 was very worn down. The jeweler mistakingly carved a 38 into the ring not knowing that does not exist in masonry. After I got the ring back and pointed it out they denied doing it. I then provided before and after photographs proving they did. They still denied doing it. I had to have that beautiful antique melted down shortly after due to the inexcusable flaws done by this jeweler. Also to continually deny responsibility is beyond me. This was about...
