Bad service from the staff. The staff was very rude and didnt answer our questions. We bought our tickets online and asked if we can ride the gondola from the station in front of Legacy Hotel. Then the staff (man) said that we have to que for 45 minutes since the station only have 2 boats. We said we dont mind queuing, then the staff said we can ride from the station. After about 10 minutes queuing, another staff (woman) suddenly came to us and said that we have to go to the main entrance if we use the online ticket because they cannot scan the online ticket from the station. We were so pissed off as we have already wasted our time there then we have to walk and que again at the main entrance. Not a single “sorry” word or to a smile at all to us. Very rude!! Well worth the money and the wait. Our guide took so many pictures for us, without us having to ask him. He knew exactly where to stop and was very skilled at taking pictures on our phone. And the pictures were free! We bought our tickets, were given free ice cream and water, and waited about 10mins for our turn to go. This was an amazing experience. Oh my God, not to mention, the night before we had accidentally dropped a small camera in the water from on top of the bridge and the boat taxi staff sent someone into the water to get it! He was in the water for 30mins, in the dark, and by a miracle, he found our camera that had ALL of our 10day vacation photos on it. I'd give them 1000 stars if I could!!! 10/10...
