HANZ Sunset Mini Hotel Grand World Phú Quốc — Hotel in Phú Quốc

The room is a good size, the bed is soft and there are 2 pillows per bed. The air conditioning works reliably. It has many power sockets. The bathroom is good, the shower can be set to warm. But the water pressure is low and the rain head doesn't work properly. There is minor damage in the room (stains on walls and broken plaster). The staff is not often on site, but can always be reached by bell or telephone. Over all a good stay, you are located very good to visit all the VinWonder attractions...

Hanz Sunset Teddy House in Phu Quoc exceeded our expectations. The rooms are small but affordable and clean. Located within the Grand World, it’s incredibly convenient to visit nearby attractions like Teddy Bear Museum, Vinpearl Safari and VinWonders. The owner, Kim is an absolute sweetheart, she was always a message away for assistance. Her hospitality was exceptional, and we even got help with tickets for VinWonders and BaNa hills. Stayed here for 3 nights in september. The room was spacious, okay clean and the bed were the most comfy since a long time! When checking in, no one was there even though the lobby was open so we called the number written on the door. The host came shortly (1-2mins) after and everything went smoothly and fast. Good ac with good location in the room. Even hot showers, low pressure though. Overall good hotel for a fair price in a good location to explore all the vin parks and...
