I recently had the pleasure of visiting Banh Mi Saigon on Phu Quoc, and I must say, it was an absolutely unforgettable experience! Their banh mi is hands down the best I have ever tasted in my life. The flavors were so incredibly rich and well-balanced, leaving my taste buds craving more with every bite.

The bread was perfectly crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, making for an ideal vessel for the delicious combination of fresh ingredients. The meats were tender and well-seasoned, and the pickled vegetables added the perfect tanginess to balance the flavors. The special sauce they use just took everything to a whole new level.

In addition to the amazing food, the staff were friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The atmosphere of the place was cozy and vibrant, which added to the overall experience.

Waitress asked if I like coriander, I confirmed and I got exactly one branch. Sad because bread was warm and tasted really good so it could have been better.
