One of the worst dining experience in my life

I bought 5 bottles or waters, they came with empty cups. I poured 3 of the water to the cups and ALL cups were dirty. All have soap and oil so I complained. They took the cups away and did not give me new water. Ok this one whatever i didnt mind until this happened next…

FATAL mistake!!! I ordered 8 dishes, 6 were out and 2 didnt for almost 1 hour. I asked the waiter he said wait still cooking. Then 5 min later there was 1 guy came to our table (he is either manager / owner), he used google translate and insisted the food was already served. Of course my husband and I were furious. He even challenged us to see the cctv! You think we stole your plate and ask for another dish for free? Really?

My husband was so furious he also insisted to see the cctv. Meanwhile I have to match all the dirty plates to the dish that we ordered and count them all in front of the waiter. Which plate belong to which dish. Of course we still cant find the missing dish. Because it was never served to us!!!!

Finally 5 min later the manager/owner came again and said it was delivered to the wrong table. Seriously??? And he said with google translate “so do you still want your food?”

Well of course not!!!! The waiter apologized with google translate after that.

So we quickly went down and pay. The manager / owner was also the cashier. For this fatal mistake, the least you can do is apologize as the manager /owner. But NOTHING. Unbelievable. He only gave us the bill and said nothing. We paid full price, no discount, even for the dirty water. So yeah def do not recommend and will never ever come back. Worst restaurant service in my life

On the plus side the food is actually pretty good and the price is ok.

I understand people make mistake esp restaurant with many people. But if you did make a mistake and a FATAL one, apologize. Offer a discount or a free juice...

We were here today with four people after a long day. The atmosphere was really welcoming, the right lighting, good establishment. The staff was very nice and via a bell on every table you could call every time you need something. It takes away the pressure of having to order at a certain time and you don’t need to wait forever to reorder something. The food arrived quite fast and was very delicious.
