Pros.:
Best Ca Phe Sua Da (Vietnamese Iced Coffee) as always. Best Combo Promotion (Ca Phe Sua Da or Vietnamese Iced Coffee and Banh Mi Que or Vietnamese Bread Stick). Affordable price for its customers specially for tourists. Convenient comfort food and drinks to beat the heat of Vietnam and for the hungry stomachs of tourists.
Cons.: Small place. Cannot accomodate big group of tourists. The 3-in-1 coffee souvenir boxes are very pricey here compare to the original selling prices in other places such as Hanoi or Ho Chi Minh City. The management should review the prices and not to ripped off the tourists. Unfriendly staffs. It seems the staffs are very tired working here. At least, staffs should wear their genuin smile when facing the customers. The management should invest with customer service training to fulfill the guests' satisfactions. The management should invest on more conducive place and atmosphere by installing more air-condition to beat the...
Read moreTried highlands coffee for the 1st time in Vietnam, purchased a tea with peach jelly. Turns out, the drink came with milk/creamer even though the menu did not state that there is milk. Enquired with the barista if it is possible to change for another drink (I offered to change to iced black coffee which is cheaper than what I originally ordered I.e. I am willing to change at a loss). However, the staff (I shall not name her here) rejected and told me that it is not possible to change. Personally, this is extremely poor customer service and no wonder the rating of this store is only 3 stars. If you walked in to any decent cafe and something like this happened, they would have changed it for free.
TDLR - extremely poor service for not being able to provide a simple change.
Even the original drink that I bought (tea with peach jelly) was too sweet to...
Read moreKind of a disappointment. We had several coffees at several Highlands Coffee during our time in Vietnam in different cities throughout the country. Unfortunately this was the worst experience.
We ordered three drinks in large but only one of the drinks was really large (see picture). We were wondering what size the drinks would have had if we ordered them in small. This did not happen to us in other locations so far. The quality of drinks was good (as usual at Highlands coffee). But due to the above this location is not a...
