Flagman Cafe&Restaurant — Restaurant in Yerevan

The prices are almost triple compared to similar restaurants in Yerevan. The food was delicious, very well prepared and the portions were big but... it was brought at the table when it was almost cold. The burger was eatable anyway but the boeuf stroganoff served cold was a fiasco. The waitress let us wait a lot until bringing the meu...even more to take the order and equaly long to bring the food...cold. She also brought the cake and the hot icecream at the table in the same time with the food and the hot icecream was ruined ...until we ate the meals the icecream melt and the fried crust was not crispy anymore but wet and sticky. The atmosphere was though very pleasant and because of this i would visit the restaurant but...

Good food, high prices, moderate service. Wanted to move indoors after our (very tasty) starter as it started to get cold. We were refused access as my open shoes apparently did not meet their dresscode. We were given a blanket instead. My main course was served about 20 minutes ahead to that of my girlfriend, so I finished eating by the time my girlfriend could start. Ordered a bottle of wine, where the waiter had little clue on how to open the bottle and serve the wine. Dont go here - if you are hungry and cant speak their language. Extremely POOR customer service. Ordered 3 main courses and a dessert. The order was mixed up. Instead of chicken burger they served us with beef burger. We flagged it to the waiter, after understanding their situation - she just walked away. No apologies. No change of order. Called through the bell 3 times. Nobody came and ignored.
