Ivy Terrace — Hotel in Brisbane City

I had been staying in IVY TERRACE for almost 2 years and always received great feedbacks from previous property managers. Everything changed after new property manager came. This lady is extremely rude and loud.

Don’t trust anyone saying they are pet-friendly here. You will end up spending all the money you save for your little cats / dogs’ food on fixing this place! A nail-sized stain will get you replace the whole carpet and don’t even get the sun in the place coz the colour difference will kill you and you have to pay nearly 5k to replace carpets in the entire place. And the curtain is also costly to replace. I even tried to call up the carpet provider thousand times from the quote they gave me but no one was answering. The quote they provided was really suspicious.

She tried to renovate the entire apartment on our exit because the owner was selling the property, and we ended up in QCAT fighting for her excessive bond claim! And apparently she failed.

And I’ve been told that this property management is very good at doing these sort of things. And don’t trust any Chinese speaking employees there if you are an international student. It’s a Chinese owned company but the only help they offer is taking all the money out of...
