Great food, fresh chicken and very tasty. We are regular customers and visit multiple times each month. Very good reward system, collect a coupon with each order, collect 10 coupons and get a free chicken. We’ve been so often that we’ve gotten 2 free now. The negative part is the customer service, if they work being more welcoming and friendly this could be the best Korean chicken place in Brisbane. The problem is good food isn’t everything and customer service shouldn’t be underrated. I was there last week to collect my takeaway order which i had already placed. I stood patiently waiting to be served as both staff members were busy taking phone orders and preparing the takeaway orders. I waited for a few minutes, totally ignored, no one even looked at me. A couple more minutes passed and another customer walked in, one staff immediately ran over to serve them, when I explained to the staff that I was here first, I was told that this customer was here to collect a takeaway order. How could no one ask me? Why was I being ignored? I’m a loyal customer, standing with my coupons in hand to prove it but no one even looked at me. The conclusion I had was not pretty, was I ignored because I was a white male and the customer who came in behind was a Korean female? Was it unconscious racism. I have made 25+ orders of the same meal within the last 12 months (boneless whole snowing cheese + chips)
Every single time I order from this store in person the food is great 10/10
But 90% of the time I order on Uber eats as my busy schedule doesn’t allow me to drive in to collect the food - and every single time I am disappointed. Chicken is dry and it seems like they always choose the scraps for online orders, portions are an absolute scam with 30% less portion size online
This is not just a one off thing, like I’ve stated I have ordered many many of the same meals here and it’s always the same issue thus it has led me to believe they are intentionally giving worse quality and portions to their Uber orders as they can save costs and get away with it
If you are considering ordering from here DONT, instead order from the Sunnybank store as the food is fresher and much much better portions

Response to owners I have been to this restaurant several times, in its previous location next door and it’s new and improved location. The new location definitely suits the vibrant atmosphere of the Gabba. In all my previous and most recent visit, I have been dissatisfied with the quality and speed of service. If this can be improved, I think the value of this restaurant will significantly increase. Regarding menu options, other reviews, including my original one, have concluded that the menu is limited compared to other Korean restaurants.
I agree that the product served in this restaurant is fresh and of high quality and it should be matched by good service.
