Breeze Inn Ulladulla — Hotel in Ulladulla

I would give this place a zero star if I've given the option... compared to every other motel I've stayed in around this area, this one is the worst by far👎 I've stay here twice with my partner..the first time, the old lady at the front desk was rude👎and its clearly she does the cleaning etc of the motel..when we check in, she was not at her desk..so I ring the bell and then start to call out but she's nowhere to be seen..so we waited and waited..it was a very hot day & we've been out to the beach & had lunch and it's time to check-in and no one at the reception?say 5mins later still no one.. so we decided to sit in the car with the air conditioning on..after 5mins I went back in to the reception & called out again..10mins later this old lady appears out of no where and saying sorry I had to drop someone off.. I'll give her a zero out of 10 for her management skills👎 We had to book in to this motel the second time because every other motel was all booked.. and this time she was worst..as we drive in we parked at the available and closest park to the reception.. The very same receptionist was there..she was rude & not very friendly at all and not a smile.. and she just throw us the key👎 and as we turn to leave.. she say.. oh by the way park ur car in front of ur room👎 and so we do as we told..we check-in & turn the air con on and had a shower and fall asleep for about 1 1/2 hr..my partner woke up coughing so he turn the air con off.. anyway we decided to have a drink and there's no wine glasses..my partner again go to the reception and asked for wine glass she give him 2 dirty wine glasses👎the bar fridge takes a while to cool👎..no Wi-Fi connection at all👎..I end up using my fone better connection👍..1GB allowance per day & it's switch off @10pm..one guest was sitting outside the front garden on the outdoor setting provided..was told to go inside he can't sit there at that time of the nite👎 Anyway we had a drink and get dressed the same time to go out for dinner👍..our door was open and we played some music on our fone..it wasn't loud at all...as we aware that there are other guests.. the not so friendly I'm guessing the owner storm out and said.. turn the music down it's too loud and if u have the door open there's no used of the air con it'll just wasted blah blah blah and mumbling as she walk away.. first of all our music wasn't loud & secondly the air con was switch off already.. the whole afternoon as we sit and enjoy our drink without our music.. she was up and down outside looking at us and if she's inside the reception she'll peek out the window being nosey..really she's so nosey👎 as we checkout we decided to talk to them about what take place yday..it is now look like a middle age male person at the reception.. we kindly told him that we didn't appreciate being told off by the old lady yday..and he clearly sided with her..as we try to explain ourselves the old lady walk in and take over while the old man call the police👎 they told us there's no alcohol allowed..hang on..why did u give us wine glasses when we asked for it?..a dirty wine glasses👎you've could of tell us then that there's no alcohol allowed.. anyway will not be staying there anymore and I'll definitely not recommend this motel to any...

We arived there on the evening of the 6thMarch. We hav been stanying at that motel more than 20 yeas, but it was under othr ownership!. When we arrived at about 7.30 pm. we were confrontedwith a LATE BOOKING FEE.- I fell, and injured my self in the shower. we wre going to stay 2 nights. BUT THEY CHARGED US A LATE BOOKING FEE. THIS BOOKING AS DONE BY A THIRD PERSON. THEY CHARGED US $250.00 FOR THIS ACCOMMODATION!!!!!!!!!!!!! Do not go there unless you have the total cost in writing they are rip off merchants...This of course was without breakfast. So coming from the ACT I had to contemplate driving the Clkyde Mountain at night on Saturday night. How dre they profiteer from their so called installation of a late booking f ee! they were not there in the morning to report my fall to and our discomfort staying there. Stay there if you want a flintstones adventure. We will never stay there again. and beware we wrre told thedy "own" three or so other motels in the area. Wath out.. I post on tripavisor and have been for many years, and I have never posted this sort of thing before, as I try to find thed good times you can have in travel. BUT I risked breaking my hip. I havea bruise running down my arm, which is longer than about 6 inches. The shower shell lhad no grab rail. no anti slip mat. As I recall they onlyhave 2 of these "cabins" but the fall and the total cost was more that I would conider. I could not...

We made a booking to stay for 2 nights and travelled from Melbourne with a large vehicle and boat to go fishing. Staying at this place was a last resort in the first place as most other accommodation we stay at was already booked out. We had to park down the side of the accommodation and the existing guests had no issue with us being parked down the side. One of the other guests had to move their car space slightly to allow for more room. Everyone was onboard but the female owner could not of been more unprofessional and unaccommodating. Bursting into our room at 10.00pm and accusing us of causing complaints about parking and then hurling abuse and threating us was something that in all my years have never witnessed. Not only did she lie she also went about abusing other guests that were staying there who also clearly stated they had no issue with the parking arrangements. Her attitude and customer service were nothing short of disgraceful, if that place was the last accommodation available I would rather sleep on the side of the road. After heated discussions she kicked us out the next morning with nowhere to stay. What a blessing that we found a new place with an owner that was nothing short of amazing to help with a bed and a place to park our boat. Never again Breeze Inn...
