2.櫃檯常常沒有人，所以非常不方便

3.我覺得最糟糕的事件： 該住宿未提供吹風機，於是付押金跟櫃台借吹風機，過程中使用正常也無任何碰撞掉落撞傷（我們都是成年人也無小孩亂玩）在歸還時，櫃檯人員（瘦瘦的金髮中年女性）檢查完功能正常後，用力在那邊甩然後說鬆鬆的要扣押金，對我來說就是詐騙，非常可恥，雖然同行有英文老師也有略懂德語的人，但我們後來仍付了五歐元押金，畢竟後面有行程不想為了爭吵延遲自己的行程。

如果老闆有看到請注意你們櫃檯人員的行為，在亞洲這叫詐欺，甚至我認為是因為我們是亞洲膚色而產生的歧視行為，非常可恥，建議非白人不要入住，很糟糕的住宿經驗（重點是還不是很便宜） —————————————————————

I made a reservation online for an air-conditioned room, but it was not available for check-in.

Ich habe online ein klimatisiertes Zimmer reserviert, dieses war jedoch beim Check-in nicht verfügbar.

Was meiner Meinung nach der schlimmste Vorfall ist: Das Hotel stellte keinen Haartrockner zur Verfügung, daher habe ich eine Kaution bezahlt, um an der Rezeption einen Haartrockner auszuleihen. Während des Vorgangs wurde es normal genutzt und es gab keine Kollisionen oder Verletzungen (wir sind alle Erwachsene und es spielten keine Kinder). Bei der Rückgabe meldete sich das Personal an der Rezeption (ein dünner, blonder Mann mittleren Alters). Nachdem sie überprüft hatte, ob die Funktion normal war, schüttelte sie es kräftig und sagte, dass die Kaution einbehalten würde. Für mich war es Betrug und sehr beschämend. Obwohl es in der Firma Englischlehrer und Leute gab, die ein wenig Deutsch konnten, zahlten wir trotzdem, ich zahlte eine Anzahlung von fünf Euro. Schließlich hatte ich später einen Reiseplan und wollte ihn nicht verschieben, nur um zu streiten.

Wenn der Chef es sieht, achten Sie bitte auf das Verhalten Ihres Schalterpersonals. In Asien nennt man das Betrug. Ich halte es aufgrund unserer asiatischen Hautfarbe sogar für ein diskriminierendes Verhalten. Es ist sehr beschämend. Es wird empfohlen, dass nicht-weiße Menschen nicht bleiben. There are no padlocks, for sure. We travel in private accommodations only. Gentleman on the desk was super friendly and very helpful. The young lady at night left much to be desired - when I asked if I could freeze a bottle of water she went into a long blurb about how my bottle would explode - obviously she never heard of ice cubes. It wasn't a busy place so I can only offer she felt I was putting her out of whatever she was doing. The place is super clean, our wifi was great and the meals were super and we can only say positive things about the food. However, I do wish Austrin hospitality would tell them that orange juice is orange juice not pop or some watered down drink posiing as juice. A good place to stay considering where one is costs are high in this city - and the hostel is definitely highly priced and not really worth it. one or two night...

Stayed here for a night for a tour to Hallstatt. ||Pros:||- the room and bathroom were very clean||- it's located close to the city centre||- very cheap compared to other options in the town||- staff was friendly||- breakfast was quite good||- comfy bed||||Cons:||- check-in time is only available for a restricted time (1700-1900 on weekends)!||- no lockers! Prepare your own padlock if you're staying in a shared room.||- no atmosphere whatsoever. not the kind of chic youth hostel but very old-fashioned camp for schoolchildren.||- no wifi inside rooms... only...
