We were on a company trip to Saalbach-Hinterglemm and I can not describe well enough, how brilliant this hotel is. Everything from location, rooms, breakfast, staff.. PERFECT. The hotel is situated right next to the Zwölferkogel lift and slopes. Also the rental store Rabbit Rental was on the side of the building which made the hotel location very convienient. Also many restaurants and shops nearby. The staff was professional and kind and at the front desk we received such a great welcome. Every time I needed help with something related to our group, we were assisted with such a positive & happy attitude. The hotel was also quiet, no loud noises or bar music nearby. The rooms were also very quiet and I did not hear any noise from other rooms or the corridor. The rooms were also decorated with good taste and just the over all feeling of the rooms was comfortable. Breakfast was great, so many varieties of cheese and ham, delicious!

I would recommend this hotel to anybody looking for a hotel that has a great location, comfortable rooms, professional staff and calm surroundings. Thank you Das Zwölferhaus, you made our trip just absolutely perfect...

Sehr modernes Hotel mit sehr freundlichem Personal und persönlicher Note. Man spürt das es ein Familienbetrieb ist. Es mangelt an nichts. Essen ist ausgezeichnet. Auf veganer wird 100% eingegangen.||Preis-Leistung sehr gut. Wir kommen definitiv wieder.||||Buchung:||-Online, rasch und unkompliziert, auf Fragen wurde direkt eingegangen und sehr zügig geantwortet||-Geringe Anzahlung erforderlich||||Check-in:||-Sehr zügig und persönlich durch die Chefin des Hauses||||Zimmer:||-Junior Suite mit Berglick im 3. Stock hat uns sehr gut gefallen||-Balkon "ums-Eck" ermöglich viel Sonne||-Hochwertige Ausstattung||-Klasse Dusche, sehr bequemes Bett||-Noch besser wäre es mit eigener Kaffeemaschine gewesen (gab drei verschiedene Teesorten)||||Personal:||-Gesamtes Personal sehr freundlich, erinnern sich an Wünsche, etc. etc. und verstehen Ihren Job alle sehr gut||||Essen:||-Wir hatten bei der Buchung um ein veganes Essen für meine Frau gebeten... dies wurde grandios umgesetzt. Beim Check-in wurde es bereits thematisiert und es gab ausnahmslos zu jeder Mahlzeit vegane Gerichte für meine Frau (veganen Kuchen zur Jause, vegane "Milch", veganes Abendmenue") - Großes Kompliment an den Koch||-Sicherlich ein Highlight des Aufenthalts||-Frühstück überzeugt in allen Dimensionen||-Große Auswahl an frischen Broten, sehr große Auswahl an Wurst & Käse||-Sehr große Müsli-Station mit vielen "Nüssen etc.", verschiedenste Milch-sorten||-Eierspeisen und Kaffee werden frisch gemacht und gebracht (keine Massenabfertigung)||Jause ebenfalls sehr positiv (meist 1-2 warme Speisen, kleine Salatauswahl, Kuchen, Obst)||-Abendessen sicherlich "nicht unser Standardessen", viele kleine Gänge die sehr kreativ zusammen gestellt sind||-Man muss etwas Zeit mitbringen (ca 75-90 Minuten), dafür ist es aber ein Erlebnis. In anderen Bewertungen wurde notiert das "Aussehen" und "Geschmack" nicht zusammen passen. Können wir nicht bestätigen... Es sah klasse aus und hat uns auch Geschmacklich überzeugt (bitte immer realistisch bedenken das es keine Sterneküche ist)||-Salatbuffet zum Abendessen war sehr positiv. Sehr große Auswahl an verschiedensten "Beilagen" zum Salat, alles andere als "Standard" ... allein der Salat hätte uns wohl schon gereicht :-)||-Käse zum (zweiten) Nachtisch bietet eine sehr große Auswahl||||Wellness:||-Klasse Wellnessbereich mit Nüssen, Wasser, Tee||-Alles sehr modern, wenn es Nachmittags voller wird gehen die Handtücher ggf. etwas zur neige aber es fühlte sich niemals wirklich voll an||||Bikekeller:||-Klasse Keller um Räder in 2 Depots sicher abzustellen||-Dazu ein Spint pro Zimmer der Belüftet und beheizt ist, sehr genial||||Details:||-Einige Details verdeutlichen das auch auf Kleinigkeiten geachtet werden (z.B., Trockenblumenschmuck im gesamten Hotel)||||Lage:||-Direkt an der 12KogelBahn, nicht direkt im "Trubel" d.h. perfekte Lage...
