Excellent accomodations! The personnel was above reproach. They speak German (duh!) and at least English also. The breakfast was not as varied as in bigger hotels, but was more than enough (and delicious) to last untill a late lunch. The room was just the right size and clean. I did miss a mini fridge to keep beverages cold. The bathroom was also clean, but the shower was rather small for me (1.85m / 98kg). Maybe the other rooms have a bigger showers. The location is more than perfect as everything is just a few minutes away, by foot! We will definitely come back here for our next visit in Vienna! I also have to mention that booking here gets you discounts to various attractions, including parking discount at Garage Georg Cochplatz.

We only stayed in Vienna overnight but it was comfortable staying in this Pension. The receptionist was friendly especially when we spoke to him in Deutsch. He was very helpful with the maps. Upon entering the room, we were welcomed with biscuits which we gladly ate for we were hungry. The pension was close to the Schwedenplatz subway and tram station. There were also nearby restaurants and food kiosks wherein you can buy food if you're hungry. The bathroom was clean and you can tell that they sanitize it every check out. The breakfast was superb. You have different choices of meat, bread, egg. We left full. I highly recommend this Pension.

This place was just ok. It was myself, my husband and our son so we got a family room/suite on the 6th floor. It had 2 bedrooms and its own shower room and toilet. The room with the shower and sink smelled very strongly of mold/mildew so we had to be sure and keep the door to it shut. Another issue I noticed was there were no smoke/c02 detectors anywhere in our suite. The elevator is super tiny and can only for 3 people crowded together. The breakfast was just ok. They had a small selection of ham sandwich meats and fruit, boiled eggs and the rest was pretty much all just different kinds of bread.

Hospitality professionals: five nights of satisfaction just steps away from the Danube

Hello,

I had the pleasure of staying at this guesthouse for five nights in November, and I wish to convey my overall satisfaction. The reception I received was exceedingly pleasant, marked by an exceptionally courteous and attentive staff, whose standout quality is undeniably their demonstrated professionalism.

Regarding the accommodation, the room revealed itself to be remarkably minimalist and inviting. However, I did encounter a slight inconvenience concerning the internal room temperature, which tended to be excessively high compared to external conditions. Nevertheless, I consider this aspect a minor flaw.

The cost of the five-night stay proved to be highly reasonable, particularly given the central location of the property and its proximity to the Danube.

I wholeheartedly recommend this establishment and am confident in returning...
