Elements Pool & Lounge — Local services in Bahrain Island

Water is hot. When I told them to make colder, coz people coming here for being refresh, not to sit in the boiled water, staff told me that he didn’t get enough complain about it. What a service 🤯 So after 3 days of complaining on the reception of the hotel, they finally make cooler. But it was ok only one day… feels like they never put new cool water in the pool. Only in the small part of it good fresh water. But there you can’t even come in normal way.. or you jumping above the water(pretty complicated) from the mail pool, or you going around through the bushes and benches… and size of that small part - zaccuzi size.. all pool also very small and shallow.. about cleaning- THEY NEVER CLEAN IT!! Specially weekends and after… water not transparent and… just look at the pictures!!.. I took them all in different days.. boogers in the water- gross🤢 it was terrible experience unfortunately. I stay it the hotel 1 month!! They closed (on a hot season!) big spa pool, so guests of the hotel had no choice where to swim. I would never go to elements if I have choice. Also they have smoking area by the pool. No, problem not in smell- you never smell cigarets there… but people (mostly young men) coming there sitting and starting without any shame on the girls… PUT SOME COVER ON THAT AREA, so smokers can’t sit and look all ladies in bikini!!!! I never expected so bad organization...

The atmosphere is nice, very nice pianist and harper. We would give it 5* rating.

The food and service is barely 2 stars.. The food and service is poor. We went for ghabga and the food is very limited varieties and tasteless. The desserts are the same very poor quality and limited. We went early at 9pm (left at 12am) and the hostess offered a very far and isolated table which we didn't like and we requested yo change it and she wasn't happy with that then she moved us again from the table we chose because her clients requested that table and they didn't show up although we...

The current Regency Intercontinental management should all be told to move on. The standards of this hotel are not even close to what they should be. When you point out issues like the disgusting state of the Elements pool, the staff has the audacity to say I’m only a waiter. These beds are absolutely filthy. No one cleans the pool area after the night before. These should be removed and cleaned daily. This is no longer a 5 star hotel.
