THE WORST!!!! DONOT EVEN THINK TWICE ABOUT BOOKING THIS HOTEL!!!
I booked through Bahrain Dental Association , since I have a conference to attend. I thought Iād get some special treatment since Iām booking through a respected company. But I was thinking wrong š¤£
Honestly, Iāve been into so many hotels.. I canāt even count the total number of them. Ramada by Wyndham Hotel City Center is the worst, not one of the worst, but the worst.
Receptionist refused to give my mother a key although I informed them when I checked in that my mother will be arriving after me.
You call the reception, housekeeping, room service and no body would answerš¤£š¤£š¤£ Are you sure Iām in a hotel??
We asked for a late checkout and they agreed (generous of them š¤”) .. When we called the receptionist to send the bell boy to take our luggage for check out. We called at 2 pm , and said āCan u send the bell boy in 5-10 minutes to get our luggage?ā He actually answered āYouāre already lateā we explained that we have late checkout and he continued by saying āBut I will charge you for the 10 minutes extra š¤”ā Honestly??? š¤”š¤”š¤”š¤”š¤”š¤”
I havenāt seen such unprofessional team, I canāt believe this hotelās staff has a degree in hospitality š¤£š¤£š¤£š¤£š¤”𤔠I never write negative reviews about a place and you check my account, but Iāve never seen something like this at all. Iām not even sorry for writing this...

Lack of Suhoor Service: During my stay, I was informed that the hotel would provide Suhoor services for fasting guests. However, to my surprise, no such service was available. As a fasting guest, this was extremely inconvenient and disappointing, especially since I chose your hotel based on this specific offering.
Misinformation at Reception: Additionally, the reception staff provided incorrect information regarding the availability of Suhoor. This misinformation led to unnecessary confusion and inconvenience, as I had planned my stay around the expectation of this service.
I believe these issues could have been avoided with better communication and proper training of staff. As a loyal customer, I expected a higher standard of service, especially during the holy month of Ramadan.
I kindly request that you address these concerns and take the necessary steps to ensure that future guests do not face similar issues. I would also appreciate it if you could provide an explanation or compensation for the inconvenience caused.

I booked this hotel specifically for the advertised spa services only to be turned away each time I wanted to book a facial. The first day I showed up at approximately 4pm and was told to come back the next day with no explanation as to why I couldnāt be serviced. When I tried to book for the next day I was told the spa opened at 10am so I asked to come at that time but was told thatās too early and to come at 12pm. I arrived the next day at 12pm and was told they cannot do facials. My time was wasted. In both days I also attempted to get a pedicure and was turned away. Both days I was told the staff was busy but in reality the salon did not have any clients and instead the workers were doing their own hair and nails. Lastly, I woke the final morning to find a cockroach on my electronic device (I have a video). This is unacceptable. Iāve never used this hotel branch and wanted to expand my options however this has disappointed me.
I did, however, enjoy the gym. It was small but effective and was nice and clean each time I used it.
