FURN Bistro & Bakery - The Westin Bahrain City Centre — Restaurant in Bahrain Island

I stopped into Furn Restaurant at City Centre Bahrain for a quick break of my fast while attending an evening webinar. I ordered the doner kebab, hoping it would be a satisfying meal after a long day. Unfortunately, when the dish arrived, the doner was cold and lacking in flavor.

I notified the waiter, about my disappointment with the temperature and quality of the kebab. Tek was very apologetic upon hearing my feedback. Later, I ordered and a slice of almond cake, which he generously provided free of charge.

The cake was freshly baked and absolutely delicious, which helped make up for the poor doner kebab. I appreciated Tek taking the initiative to make things right in response to my negative experience, It was a simple but meaningful gesture. Tek's commitment to addressing my concerns was admirable. The desserts also seem to be a strength for the restaurant. Thanks to Tek's efforts, I would be willing to give Furn another try, perhaps sticking to the sweets next time rather than the savory dishes. I advise everyone not come here because of bad service , in every restaurant world wide first come first served unless here they serve people up to thier minds ( I requested black guy KAVISH once I arrived the table to please take my order but he ignored me , then i requested SHAMEEL who was little rode than KAVISH , but also he ignored me , then short guy BHUBENDRA came to help me with nice smile that cleared bad behaviors from guys above , i wrote this review to let the people be aware of bad experience they will face , im sure tgese two guys done these behaviors because they are either no monitor from management or weak management. I enjoyed breakfast at the Fern bistro in the Westin hotel for almost 9 months and I can’t leave without expressing my gratitude to the staff at Furn Bistro and wholeheartedly recommending this restaurant to visitors to Bahrain. Superior customer service, delicious and beautifully presented food, and a wonderful atmosphere. Irma always greets every guest by name with pleasant and funny conversation. The other associates, especially Solange, Daniel, and Rahim, were so wonderful to talk to each morning. They knew my order and were happy to serve in any way they could.
