I recently had the pleasure of staying at your hotel and would like to offer a few suggestions to enhance the guest experience:

Larger TV Screens: It would be great to have bigger TV screens in the rooms to provide a more enjoyable viewing experience. Casting Capability: I experienced difficulty connecting my device to the TV for casting. Adding a casting option, such as Chromecast or AirPlay, would be a helpful improvement for guests who want to stream their own content. Bath Robes: I suggest adding bathrobes in the rooms for added comfort, especially after a relaxing shower or bath. Clean Iron for Clothes: A clean, well-maintained iron would be a useful addition for guests who need to press their clothes during their stay. Air Freshener or Open Windows for Smoking Rooms: For smoking rooms, it would be beneficial to have air fresheners available or allow the windows to open for better ventilation. The air inside can feel quite humid and stale, so ensuring that air circulates more freely would improve the experience. LED Lighting with Adjustable Colors: Offering LED lights with adjustable color options would allow guests to personalize the room's ambiance, whether for work or relaxation. Modern Bed Decoration: The current light brown wood bed decorations could be updated to a more modern design, providing a fresher, contemporary look for the rooms. Muqadas has provided excellent service throughout my stay. He is very professional, polite, and always on time. Every time I requested laundry service, it was picked up and delivered promptly and neatly. He also delivered the iron and ironing stand I requested without any delay. Muqadas is always helpful, offers good deals, and communicates in a very respectful manner. I am very happy and satisfied with his service.

In addition to that, the hotel facilities recommended and managed by Muqadas are also excellent. The pool is clean, well-maintained, and perfect for relaxing, while the gym is fully equipped and comfortable for workouts. These amenities have made my stay even more enjoyable and refreshing.

I would also like to appreciate Irfan for his great work. He keeps my room clean and well-organized every day. Whenever I need something for the room, he provides it quickly and without any issue. I once had a problem with my LED, and Irfan immediately arranged a technician to fix it, which I really appreciated. He is polite, efficient, and always ensures everything is in order.

Russel is also very cooperative and helpful. He always makes sure that everything related to my stay is comfortable and well-arranged. His positive attitude and attention to detail make a big difference in maintaining a pleasant environment.

I feel like I have been living in a fairytale book while staying in Ibis for the last month. At the front desk is the marvelous Melanie, who has been a true fairy godmother. Always smiling and guiding me to make the best of my stay here in Bahrain. Helping me pick the best room, encouraging me to go swimming, and she even helped my husband plan my birthday!

Housekeeping has three genies who have made all my wishes come true: Waqaz, Monib, and Muqdas. They always wave at me even when I’m at the opposite end of the hallway and then they transform my hotel room into a palace. When they’re done with my room, it smells like flowers and is full of water, coffee, and towels.

Seef restaurant has a magician as a chef, Sajjad Ahmad, makes the most delicious omelette I ever had while Walid keeps everything neat. Somehow as soon as I finish eating, Walid knows and comes to clean. He must be a mind reader. The sweetest thing about Sajjad Ahmad is how he always smiles and holds his heart when talking to you. I’ve seen him help everyone in the breakfast buffet.

Wint and Mon take care of me at night when I order room service. They’re always professional and friendly. The speed at which they deliver my food makes me sure they are time travelers.
