Experience at Time Out Market's dining hall was distinctive and unexpected, yet it demonstrated an exceptional level of professionalism and customer care. I visited about 40 minutes before closing time. When I went to "Fato" restaurant, an employee told me they had stopped taking orders in preparation for closing, and he noted that this applied to the other restaurants in the hall. Based on this, I went to another restaurant and placed an order there. What happened next is what made me appreciate this experience. I was surprised when a woman came to me and asked about "Fato" and if I had ordered from it. After I explained the situation to her, she apologized very elegantly and confirmed that the employee's action was wrong and that the closing time had not yet arrived. This situation alone shows their dedication to providing excellent service. She didn't stop there. She came back again after speaking with the employee who gave me the incorrect information and offered an additional apology, confirming that she would take the necessary actions to ensure such behavior isn't repeated. This woman was the market's manager, Noreen, and I commend her great attention and professionalism in handling the situation. Honestly, it's situations like these that highlight a place's value. Although the experience began with a small mistake, the manager, Noreen's, speed and professionalism in resolving the issue and her concern for the customer's experience left me with an excellent impression. Time Out Market Bahrain continues to impress! This was my third visit, and it's become a firm favorite for weekend hangouts with friends. The ambiance is fantastic – there's always a great buzz, and the fact that there are events happening every weekend just adds to the vibrant atmosphere. This time, I tried the Alfredo Pasta from Fatto, and it was absolutely delicious. Creamy, perfectly cooked, and so satisfying. We also indulged in their Arancini, which were equally delightful – wonderfully cheesy and full of flavor. Of course, we couldn't resist getting burgers from Soul again, and they were, as always, amazing. Juicy patties, tasty toppings, and just overall fantastic burgers. What really makes Time Out Market Bahrain stand out is the staff. They are consistently smiling and create such a positive and welcoming vibe.
