Kailash Parbat Bahrain — Restaurant in Bahrain Island

We did our first visit in Feb 2025 or so to this chain of restaurant in Dana Mall and were skeptical w.r.t. quality we might be getting served.. but to our complete surprise.. the food that day we ate, became our favorite dish forever from this restaurant.

There is zero exaggeration in this review as the best Amritsari Cchole Kulche on this island are being served here.. it was so good that the very next day we visited their 2nd brand in oasis mall. But we're disappointed as that branch is not having taste as good as this one.

The taste in our senses left for a decent time though which made us again to visit the dana mall branch and authentic taste was served satisfying our taste buds 😋

Even during Ramadan we ensured we have one iftar at their place ( their amristsari cchole kulche is on my dad's memory forever now) - a little upset in the beginning as didn't get that warm welcome as a customer which later on got better as we discussed other dishes with the manager - name i am missing from my memory...

Special mention is the service that we got with our further visits to their place.. and that ensured the one negative observstion also to be erased from the memory.. my parents were travelling back to home and we wanted to make sure let them enjoy their best dish on the island but it was 00.10 am in the night 🌙, they were almost closed but on special request did took our order and waited till 00.40 hrs till the time we collected the order from them. That smile and satisfaction serving thr customers I noticed is unmatched.

Their other dishes specially chai, samosa chaat are also decent mentions - please avoid south Indian dishes if possible from there.

It’s my second time visiting Kailash Parbat restaurant. Great spot to enjoy a delicious meal with a spectacular view of Khalifa bin Salman Avenue. I rated only one star for the service as while we were giving our order or enquiring about anything at their desk, the person taking our orders was on call and for sure he wasn’t speaking with the company but it sounded like a personal call. Also he was taking gaps in replying to us. His phone was on his ears all the time. I am posting the bill so the management knows the date and time, and view their cctv cameras to improve their quality of service. Apart from this, I asked for a little extra ghee and he was very helpful to offer us. We ordered Dal fry with Jeera rice, Paneer Lawabdar with naan, masala Chaas, salted lassi and water. The salted lassi was extremely thick. We added water and made it smooth to drink. The rice is usually soft but this time it was dry and a bit undercooked.
