I stopped by the ground floor to grab my favorite coffee. While I was there, Hanna recommended one of their new products. I was initially hesitant, but she assured me it was worth a try—and Alvin backed her up, saying it was a great choice. I’m really glad I listened to them! The drink was absolutely delicious, and I wasn’t disappointed at all. I truly admire their dedication and commitment to customer service. They consistently ensure every guest leaves satisfied—not just with the coffee, but with the overall experience. As avid Starbucks lovers, we have always enjoyed the great coffee and welcoming atmosphere. However, our recent visit to the Starbucks at City Centre left us quite disappointed due to the service we received.

First and foremost, the cashier, Junie, was unapproachable and lacked energy. It was disheartening to see a team member who didn’t seem to enjoy their role. When we presented our voucher, she instructed me to put it on the counter but didn’t provide a pen. I was left wondering where I was supposed to find one in that moment.

Additionally, when our drinks were ready, they weren’t served on a tray, making it difficult for my friend to carry them all at once. This added to the overall frustrating experience.

We kindly suggest that the staff at the City Centre location undergo some retraining to improve their customer service skills. Unfortunately, our vibes were negatively impacted by their behavior, even though our love for Starbucks remains strong.

In summary, while we will continue to enjoy Starbucks, we may need to skip the City Centre branch...

As usual, the best service and staff across all branches. They would really force u to come back with thier lovable attitudes and beautiful souls. Henna is got us this time and she was the sweetest. She looked after our order even with a mistake made on the order by my kid, they had it resolved and won't accept any compensations which really meant a lot to us.
