Water Orchid — Hotel in Chattogram Division

Worst Experience and Waste of money.

We stayed here for two nights and the stay at Water Orchid Hotel was extremely disappointing and far from what we expected. Here's a summary of the numerous issues we faced:

Inconvenient Lift Policy: The building is seven stories high, but the lift is turned off after midnight. For a tourist destination, this is incredibly inconvenient and unacceptable.

Unclean Rooms Upon Arrival: When we checked in, the rooms were dirty, and there were no amenities provided. We had to call multiple times to get the room cleaned and to receive the necessary amenities. This lack of readiness was very unprofessional.

Faulty Air Conditioning: The air conditioning in our room was not functioning properly upon our arrival. In a place with such a warm climate, this was a significant discomfort.

Malfunctioning Closet Door: We couldn't close the closet door properly, which was frustrating and added to the overall sense of neglect in the room's maintenance.

Non-functional Power Points: Many of the power points in the room were not working properly, making it difficult to charge our devices and use other electrical appliances.

Poor Housekeeping Services: On the second day, our room was not cleaned, and the amenities were not refilled until we called and requested service again. This inconsistency in housekeeping is unacceptable.

Dirty and Old Furnishings: The rooms were not only dirty but also looked very old and poorly maintained. The beds, blankets, pillows, and towels were all dirty and in dire need of replacement.

For me it's a one of the best hotel in Cox's Bazar. I really loved it. When I visit Cox's Bazar I also stay there.this hotel have huge room and they have nice outside view.
