Hotel Delowar Paradise — Hotel in Chattogram Division

WORST SERVICE EVER. DO NOT VISIT.

Booked rooms for over 100 people as part of a group tour from a travel agency. Didn't get rooms even at 4.00 PM whereas they promised to check us in by 11.00 AM. Misbehaved with guests, didn't respond to service calls, didn't supply drinking water. and even when it came to check out they misbehaved again and again.

Booked 4 person room but got one double and one single bed, idk how 2 people will fit in a single bed but we had to manage. Only one lift available and it doesn't work during 12.00-6.00 am. There is no apparent room service and even when you call asking to clean something, they respond very slowly.

There's no lost and found, when one person from my group forgot his shoes in the room he checked out from, he had to call the reception again and again and they denied finding anything. and after 2-3 hours he had to personally bring a reception staff to knock on that door and ask the current guests if they found the shoes, fortunately it was still there.

There is NO HILL/BEACH view, both side are covered with just buildings. total waste of money if you book by seeing the advertisement. And These are just a few of the mishaps that happened during our 2 night stay. Very...

The rooms that we got were good, they were spacious, and had ample furniture. However, the service was absolutely terrible. The staff were rude to our people, and moreover, even though our check-in was at 11am, we had to wait till 2pm till we were finally given rooms; which put a massive strain on the planned activities. We tried to call room service to clean the rooms, but they didn’t arrive till we were about to check-out, and that too for cleaning up the room after us, not for.
