They provide misinformation in their websites regarding package to grab the customers and after reservation they deny to serve it. They do not even provide basic complimentary services. Notable issues to mention here, we did take the honeymoon package ( on 28-30 of December) where it was mentioned that the room will be decorated accordingly. We paid a higher price due to this occasion as we're expecting our moments to be memorable, but later they said it's excluded from their service and on paid but it was clearly mentioned in the website that it is offered within the package. And we made our booking here seeing the offering actually. It was our first disappointment. We asked for airport pick up and it was a complementary service to be provided. When I asked them to pick me up from the airport they denied and asked for money. We needed it so I agreed to pay the amount and booked for it, but after the arrival in the airport when I called whether they're here or not. They replied their car is on other duties but it was supposed to be booked for me as I was paying for this. Their service completely disappointed me, the officials at the reception are not accountable to their duties, I called them couple of times mentioning both the issues and asked for the explanation, they replied me to get back to me talking to their higher authority about it but they never called me back with the solution. They did not even bother to notify me after I raised an issue. They partially ruined our trip and it seems that they try to cash tourists' money showing offers rather providing it. Read moreThe only redeeming quality of this hotel is its proximity to Kolatoli Beach—about a 10-minute walk. Beyond that, the experience is overwhelmingly negative. For three consecutive days, the sole access road was flooded with raw sewage, leaving behind an unbearable stench and filthy conditions. Guests are forced to endure this nightmare just to leave the hotel, only to then pay at least 40tk for a tomtom. Even arranging one is an ordeal, made worse by the foul smell.
The staff only compounds the problem. The receptionist carries an air of smug indifference, refusing to assist directly and instead dismissively pointing guests toward the doorman. The bathrooms reeked of cigarette smoke, the complimentary breakfast was half decent, and the restaurant’s prices were not in line with the taste and quality of the food. Basic guest needs are treated as an afterthought, for example, three people were given a single tiny bar of hand soap, and requests for more toiletries were flatly ignored. That level of disregard is beyond unacceptable.
In short, this hotel is a disappointment from top to bottom. Once you book, don’t expect support or service—because you’re entirely on your own. I strongly advise avoiding this...

However, a few months ago, when I visited again with my entire family and booked three couple rooms, the experience was disappointing. Two of the rooms met our expectations, but the third room was below expectation. My sister-in-law and her husband were quite unhappy with its condition. Unfortunately, I only learned of this issue about an hour after check-in, and when I informed the reception, they said they couldn't do anything because I hadn't reported it earlier. I requested a discount, but they declined. We also needed an extended checkout time for one of the room, and I offered to pay an extra 1200tk for few hours late checkout, but they insisted on 2000tk (The room wasn't booked by a different customer so late chackout was possible). They showed no consideration for the fact that we were dissatisfied with one of the rooms.
