Located in the quiet side of Banani, I find this hotel very suitable for business trip visit. Room is spacious and as advertised, with flexible cleaning time. Staffs are hospitable and friendly, but particularly we find Mr. Obyed, the Senior Duty Manager extremely kind and accommodating. Upon observing that we repacked our luggage after checking out at 12 then the whole day exploring Dhaka, he let us know that there's a shower facility we can use on the 10th floor. After a sweaty hot day, his offer feels like a fresh air and we are extremely grateful. Breakfast are delicious and consistent. The almonds are sometimes stale but that doesn't change our experience staying here. Will definitely come back next time. There is one other staff at the receptionist desk could be more friendly. When we checked out, she flat out said "key card". No please, no may I have, etc. And when the check out completed, she just stood there and said nothing expecting us to extract the information if we needed to do something else. Stayed here for 8 nights. The location is what it makes one of the perfect places to stay in the city of Dhaka. Hotel itself is really good. The staff is very helpful and professional. If you are staying here, add their breakfast to your daily routine. They have a good breakfast with a number of food options. From local food to continental. The rooms are new designed and are equipped with all the basic needs. The washrooms are clean and spacious with rain showers. Bedrooms have charging sockets along every bed that is really important for travellers. They have free snack time from 5pm to 6pm that is also o cool. Rooftop restaurant and an infinity pool is amazing as well. They have a rooftop gym as well with a trainer. It’s not far away from the airport that is another good point. We have our friends staying at nearby hotels in the locality but we came to conclusion that it wa s the best choice from all of them.
