It the worst hotel ever seen .. avoid booking it !! It’s so bad when you raise your issues to their GENERAL MANAGER and he ignored that’s why I decided to share it here to help other guest don’t book this hotel.. It’s too dirty hotel and not hygienic at all, I got sick from this unhealthy environment, see the attached images in how the provided bread is moldy (expired) and how they keep the soap on rusty dishes 🤮🤢.. The room conditions is too bad everywhere dirity and dusty and my body was etching me every time because of bed bugs.

A great value hotel for the money spent, staff are professional and courteous. Room was neat, just a little smoke hole on the bed runner (which can be ignored). A bathrobe would make the room more perfect. Restaurant food was good and wait-staff are very caring. I would recommend the management to make the corridor a little more bright with extra lights, especially the elevator fronts. Overall, an excellent hotel to stay. Must recommend.

Service is great 👌, yet I have complain about the food they serve, it is not that great and sometimes worst. Another area it falls behind is the parking arrangement. If u have ur own car with u and don't want to take their car service, then u r probably out of luck, since they still didn't clean up their underground parking in my last stay and u might have to park ur car outside on the street which is not good at all ☹️

I do not recommend this hotel at all. I have visited 25 countries in 2024, and this is my second holiday of 2025 - this is easily the worst experience I have ever had the sad reality of experiencing. ||I visited Dhaka after a very long flight from London and I chose this hotel as it was in a very good location, next to the rich and posh areas of Dhaka and expected the service to be of good standard. Upon check-in, I was asked for full payment - which I paid with no hesitation as this was what I agreed to when booking. However, as soon as I checked in at 7pm (bearing in mind, the hotel messaged me what time I will check in, I advised 6pm), the reception staff member advised me only one room is available and the second room will not be available until 9pm. This was not mentioned before taking full payment. Furthermore, I was astonished how a room was not ready at 9pm when check out for guests is 2pm at the latest. I also advised the hotel of my arrival time. I was deeply disappointed with this. At 10, I went back downstairs to ask the status of the second room, and again there was no communication when the room will be ready, other than ‘soon’. We eventually was given the second room after 11:30pm which is frankly not on. I was not offered any sort of apology or compensation. ||Additionally, the first room we were given at check-in had its own issues. The key card did not work and we had to go to reception for someone to come upstairs and use the ‘master card’ every time to allow us access to our room. We were advised they were not able to do anything until the following morning. The following morning came and when I asked the status of the repair, reception was not aware. I told reception the issues and still no one came. On the 3rd ask, en engineer eventually came to repair the electric lock after an hour. This was around 3pm so we wasted our whole day waiting around for the engineer. ||Finally, our third and final day, we were deeply upset with the cheating and morals of this hotel. The evening before we had agreed on a very high price of £55 (8000 taka) where a driver would show us around Dhaka for the day and also be a guide. There are many historical monuments in Dhaka and I wanted to understand the history behind these - hence why I paid the overinflated prices. We also agreed after the tour the driver will bring us back to the hotel and then take us to the airport after picking up our suitcases. |The first issue we had was that the tour was not a guided tour and so we didn’t get a lesson of the history behind each monument. |Secondly, after we arrived back to the hotel, the driver advised it was impossible to fit all our suitcases in his car. The hotel staff knew exactly how many suitcases we had and said they would all fit. When we were advised by the driver that the suitcases would not fit, the hotel manager advised they have a bigger car to take our suitcases but there will be an extra 1000 taka charge. This was outrageous considering the price we paid for a car from 9am - 3pm, and then going back on the agreement we had with the airport drop off. Even after all the issues we have had at this hotel, there was no acknowledge or accountability of their errors. We were not given a single bit of courtesy or compensation for the lack of service we received at this hotel. ||The hotel itself and location is nice - It is a huge shame the reception staff at this hotel are cheating and ripping their guests off and are very clever in the way they accomplish this. ||Never in a million years will I be returning to this hotel again after this horrible ordeal we suffered, and I will not be recommending this hotel to my friends and families. I plan on bringing my many foreign friends to Bangladesh in the coming year and we will be staying...

Quality Hotel for Foreigners at Budget pricing

I have choose to stay in this Hotel every time I visit Dhaka. Each time I see that there are variety of changes and upgradation of facilities which gives immense pleasure. These people just make you feel at home with always a smile across their face from the reception team to the Pantry and also the room service. Mr Mehedi from the restaurant along with his entire team is all day engaged in taking individual care of every member's food according to one's expectation and the style of food. There has been instances where they go out of their way to prepare food which may not be available in the Menu card. It is worthwhile to mention that the Chief Chef is the person who takes care of all these food preparation without any hesitation. The front office team and their Manager is also busy whole day on how to keep people satisfied beyond their normal means. On the whole, this Hotel is very good, located in the posh Banani which is centrally located and convenient to travel anywhere around Dhaka. It is also easy to reach by the Elevated Expressway from Airport that is presently in operation at Dhaka. It is nice to see that the level of satisfaction between the Staff are also high as they rarely go for changing their jobs. The rooms are elegant with absolute cleanliness. Bed Sheets are changed at regular intervals. There is a Tea Maker that gets replenished everyday. The entire team from top to the bottom management are very professional which many Hotels in the area lack off. Above all I would congratulate the General Manager Mr Rizaul and the Owner of the Hotel who never compromises on any issue. It is due to this reason that they have almost above 88% occupancy rate on an average They have a fitness Gym and a inhouse SPA incase anyone wants to freshen. The bathrooms and light fittings are one of the top class used. It is one of the best Budgeted Hotel. Give this hotel a try and you will never feel disappointed. Even if you find any shortcomings, you always need to check the prices and facility that these people are offering at this rate without much of a publicity. This is a genuine feedback from my side. Good Luck to...
