Being an expensive place, I'd have assumed the customer service would've been pristine.
We had already decided on what to eat. Especially mother and my Aunt in-law. They were reminiscing about the flavour of Dosa and were looking forward to ordering one for each of them.
The waiters arrived to take the order, we all said what we wanted and when it came to my mother's turn, the waiter informed us about the unavailability of the Dosa.
Now this was not a grand loss in the scale of our reunion. So we decided to excuse this from him.

The manager was asked for. Upon arriving, he(manager) quickly rushed in to help us with our orders and was able to regroup the hospitality along with the food and ambiance.
Thought this story might help someone while...

Apart from that, the food arrived reasonably quickly, 15 minutes from ordering. I ordered Achari Beef and my partner ordered Naan thaali, an assortment of Naan rooti, tandoori chicken, daal, beef gravy etc. For drinks we took lacchi. The price was around Tk 1750 which seemed a bit higher but the food was plenty. As for the taste I didn't like it at all, neither the food nor the drinks but again taste is subjective and varies from person to person. The place was congested and conversation from nearby tables can be overheard. We also badly missed a child's play zone as we're accompanied by a kid. Overall my experience was not...
