Today I want to share my heartbreaking experience with BFC. For the patrons going to BFC for a long time, it saddens my heart and soul, for this sort of behaviour have been repetitive for some time now and at different branches. Their whole staff is undertrained and very careless about the customers sometimes even arrogant. I ordered a Juicy Premium Wrap and strictly mentioned I want no tomatoes in it, but not to my surprise they sent out the wrap with tomatoes in it. Now I sent it back and told the waiter I asked for no tomatoes, the problem was when it came back they almost destroyed my wrap, it was unappetising and looked nowhere near edible. My question is that, why are the customers treated so poorly at BFC regardless of the branch? Are we not paying with our money to eat? Or are they feeding us for free ?
