This hotel looks fabulous in the pictures and it is nicely decorated with traditional Bolivian items. Our room was really big and comfortable with two lots of windows looking out over the lake where we watched the beautiful sunsets.|When we were there in late May, the nights were very cold. In the room this wasn’t a problem as there was an electric radiator for us to use and we found this sufficient. We were always warm enough in the bed, which was a lovely large king size.|We had breakfast and evening meals at the hotel, but unfortunately we found the public areas too cold for us because there didn’t appear to be any heating. The meals were enjoyable but we just wanted to eat as quickly as possible and get back to our room. Ideally we would have gone out to eat but our tour company had arranged half board and so this wasn’t an option. |On a positive note the gentleman on reception was very kind and helpful and we got our washing done for $4 a kilo.|You could easily walk everywhere in Copacabana from the hotel as it only takes about an hour and a half to walk around the whole town. It is worth noting that Copacabana is a big backpackers town and most of the restaurants and bars were...

This is probably the best hotel in the town, great staff, a beautiful room, well designed to Western standards and a great view of the lake from the third floor. A glass wall in the bathroom afforded a view of the lake from the shower. They also provided us with an oxygen tank to the room for 180 bob which helped us a lot with the altitude.||What I didn't like was the shower over bath. The shower head was too close to the wall so I found myself with one leg up on the bath rim to try to get my body under the shower properly. Also the water was often not hot in the morning. ||It was explained to me that they couldn't have an elevator because the power supply is unreliable, so if you have trouble with stairs as I do, I suggest you request a first floor room. Although it's a great location near to the lake, there are no cafes, restos or convenience stores close by. A bottle of water is provided on your fist day only. A snack bar at reception would be great.||Despite the negatives I have no hesitation giving this hotel a five...

I think this is the Best Hotel in Capacabana Titicaca area. The Rooms are Clean. We have B'Fast, Lunch and Dinner here since we thought they have the most proper and hygiene food around this area. The Rooms are so Big with 2 Queen Size Bed. The Toilet and Bathroom are separated so we can pup without making our Spouse in the bathroom get headache 🤭 The only negative thing is the Shower. Foods are Nice look, but not match our Indonesian Taste Bud. You can see my Photos about the room and the B'Fast, Lunch, Dinner here.

This hotel definitely exceeds the standard of a 3-star which Google states! The rooms are exceptionally comfortable, and the interior design is both elegant and thoughtfully executed. The attention to detail, especially the incorporation of Bolivian artisanal touches, adds a unique and authentic charm. Everything is impeccably maintained, reflecting great care and dedication. The restaurant is also outstanding, both dinner and breakfast were absolutely perfect. A truly memorable stay!

The hotel’s reception staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful, especially Sandra, who speaks both English and Spanish. She assisted us with laundry, taxi bookings, document printing, and luggage carrying — always with great patience. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Copacabana for Lake Titicaca.
