The room was pleasant; the grounds very lovely, and the location fabulous. But it’s the staff that absolutely makes this special — everyone is actively helpful and pleasant, and as interested in conversation as we wanted to be. The desk staff reminding me to call down when we wanted to leave so they could get our (rather minimal) bags, but especially the restaurant staff. They made us feel welcome, conversing as much as we seemed to want, and leaving me and my cousin to chat at the end with no feeling of being rushed. This hotel is a great property. It's made of of multiple buildings, but they are close enough to get around easily, but also give the impression of a much larger resort. It had a cool layout.||||There is a nice pool and play area for the children.||||The restaurant (pub) on site is really good. The food is excellent, the atmosphere is really nice and the staff are super helpful. They were very patient with me - someone who doesn't speak english very well.||||This also applies to the reception staff - very helpful and very friendly.||||The rooms are nice. Decorated appropriately for Gramado. Not issues with the shower, TV or heat in the room.||||This hotel is also located very close to the main street in Gramado. The hotel is really spacious and comfortable. The team was supper attentive and nice. The breakfast was delicious. They maintain the hotel super clean, specially now with COVID they make sure you felt safe. Unfortunately, we didn't manage to use all the amenities of the hotel since they were close due to COVID, but the room and the breakfast was really good.||||The only thing to take into consideration is that the path to the center of Gramado is not flat. So, if you have kids or elders perhaps that is a problem if you pretend to go by foot.
