I regret to say that my recent experience at this hotel was highly unsatisfactory, and I feel that I need to share these concerns for any potential guests.
Upon arrival, the state of the bathroom was a major letdown. The condition was poor, with visible deterioration and unsightly stains that seemed to have been ignored for some time. It’s clear that the maintenance of basic amenities is not a priority here.
The room setup was equally disappointing. The bed was not properly dressed, there was no fitted sheet, just a flat one. Such lack of attention to detail is unacceptable, especially when it comes to basic bedding standards.
Additionally, the Wi-Fi was practically unusable, making it impossible to work or stream content, which is a basic expectation for any traveler. The TV was outdated, and there was no way to connect any external devices.
Another issue that disrupted our stay was a disturbing noise that happened every now and then. My family was initially alarmed, thinking it might be a fire alarm. The noise was constant and unsettling, contributing to an overall lack of peace and rest during the stay.
The hotel’s payment and billing process was also problematic. I was required to pay for my entire stay upfront, which is unusual and inconvenient. I was informed that an invoice could not be provided until the last day of my stay, something that was not clearly communicated before making the payment.
On top of all these issues, the room was grossly overpriced for the quality of accommodations provided. Considering the condition of the room, the lack of basic amenities, and the disturbing noise, the price was far from justified.
Overall, the hotel did not meet even basic expectations for comfort, convenience, or customer service. I would NOT recommend staying here, as there are clearly significant improvements needed in both the facilities and the...

We had to use a squeegee (which was there for obvious reasons) for the water not to reach the room. When we reported what happened at the reception, they informed us that it was because of accessibility (if you thought the answer was strange, know that I did too because accessibility does not include a step or flooding bathrooms).||||The TV remote control only had 1 battery, we had to take one out of the air conditioner control and put it inside the TV remote control to be able to watch TV.||||It rained during the night and water came in through the window. The floor near the window got wet because of that.||||There was a leak in the breakfast room too.||||Only 2 elevators were working and a lady asked to change her room (to the second floor) because she waited 30 minutes for the elevator to get down and even then she went down the stairs 7 floors! An elderly woman! Her husband couldn't make it and had to wait longer than that. At the reception, they insisted that she had to change rooms soon or the next one would no longer be available, she tried to explain that she couldn't do that because there was already a line for the elevator and that the change would take longer but the receptionist ignored her and kept insisting, she didn't even offer help from an employee and she...
