Estanplaza Berrini — Hotel in Região Imediata de São Paulo

Arrived at the hotel on nov 8th, and the lobby was so smelly of food, none of the 3 of us could stay at the lobby that long. It took foreverrrrrrrrr to check in.||||The AC in the room barely blows air and you control it from the phone. The rooms are small, clean, although I found and mm under one of my night stands, and the glass windows are not sound proof.||||They should remove the carpet from under the bed and just do all wood , if that's what it is in half of the room. For 200 a night US, i expected more.||||Didnt eat, wifi was good. staff...

Stayed a few nights at the Estanplaza hotel Berrini. The room is spacious but dated. Both the room and bathroom could use an uplift.|Bed is good. The bathroom has a shower and toilet. The hotel has a restaurant. The selection of food on the menu is ok. The breakfast has a good assortiment of choices. The staff is friendly but does not speak any english. I had a few requests but the reception staff had no clue what I wanted which resulted in using other means to explain what I needed. English should be a basic language in hotel...

The hotel it s ok but little bit old and without day to day maintainance. |The room and bed were confortable. |The bath not so confortable and the shower small and not best quality. |The housekeeping excellent. The room was always tidy and clean. |The guys at the restaurant very proactive and good service. The food was ok as well. |Breakfast could include more cereals or fruits but it was more than acceptable ||The gym very crowded. It s a public gym in the top floor. Full of equipements ...
