The hotel is not a real Radisson. I know that Radisson has a licensed contract with some hotels, but they are not Radisson - which is a great hotel chain with high standards. The hotel is well located if you will be at berrini region.||Breakfast is well served with good options.||Rooms are large but pretty basic, nothing really special.||I did not like the bathroom: they are pretty old, need some refurbish and illumination is not the best.||My problem about the hotel was the service, it is pretty bad.||My welcome was ridiculous, I arrive at the hotel at 11am in a Monday. Apparently I was revived by the manager...after doing the checkin he informed me that the room was ready but since the hotel standard checkin is 2pm I would need to pay 50% more on the daily.||To me doesn’t make any sense, specially if the room was ready to me...looks like a scam.||When I complained saying: it was a good time when hotels offered early checkin for free, he replied ironically in a passive aggressive way:||In fact we offer for free but after 12:30pm feel free to wait here and try your luck.||My true desire was to walk away...but after 9h flight plus 2h of traffic to get there I just wanted to take a shower. So I accepted.||To my surprise, next to me there was a young lady doing checkin without any luggage. She was informed about the same hotel rule, but when protesting the same guy who was attending me said to the other receptionist: just a second that I will release her in the system. It was really shocking...||Strangely this girl was alone without luggage but as soon as we entered together in the elevator another guy (without luggage as well) followed her, entering in the room with her. He did not checkin in the hotel by the way. I really don’t want to do any judgement but the whole behavior looks super weird - I just know that I don’t want to be in this kind of hotel.||Speaking about service: in the room the cleaning part is not good.||It was incredible hot in São Paulo, so one day I left one of my keys inside the room with air conditioner on, the cleaning lady took it off and I kept only with a key.||The general experience should...

1.) We arrived and no guests were at front desk but for some reason we had to wait 10 mins for an employee to finishing organizing paperwork.
2.) We booked our hotel thru a traditional booking website yet they had no record of our reservation. Thank goodness for the confirmation we received otherwise the employee would have quickly ushered us out.
3.) Ate at the restaurant for a quick lunch after checking in and waitress didn’t know if they had French fries or Caipirinha’s on the menu. This is astounding! And no she wasn’t a new waitress, just seemed uninterested, uninformed, and generally checked out.
4.). We requested a crib for our son. I think you probably already know how this went…. First they tried to up-charge us for the crib we already requested, and then they said they don’t have cribs. Seriously! Who’s running this hotel and why don’t they care more about the people who stay here.
Overall, I would advise you DO NOT book a room at this hotel if you value the basic necessities associated with a room. Additionally, if you’re looking for a nice to higher end hotel in São Paulo this isn’t it. I remain optimistic someone within management at this hotel will start to care more about their patrons and make the necessary...

The room actually looks okay and its clean. In my opinion the problems there are related to their facilities and the way the hotel management deals with them.
This is my second time staying at the hotel - I have strong doubts I will come back as I was sad to see some issues remained since my first stay.
The water fountain in the gym was not working; Equipment in poor condition;
The bathroom always had a bad smell a shower, sewage like, and that was unfortunate.
TV does not work properly, channels not tuned in;
There was no Internet for 3 days - when there was internet, the connection was slow, it would not work properly and you will probably find yourself wasting 40 minutes on the telephone with internet support staff which - even with their best intentions - could most times not resolve the issue.
When confronting the duty manager, all I had was a bit of a lousy apology.
I really do hope this hotel can take this as...
