Mercure São Paulo Berrini — Hotel in Região Imediata de São Paulo

I would HIGHLY Recommend this property to anyone visiting Sao Paulo! I especially Recommend this Apt/Hotel for those that are staying more than 3 days!|| The hotel is located in the Brooklin barrio (area) of Sao Paulo which is extremely safe with much to see and has everything one needs as far as restaurants/pharmacies/banks/markets to fulfill your needs and desires!||The Hotels staff is extremely kind and everyone from the Security department to front desk staff and housekeeping All take pride in making your stay as comfortable & secure as possible!||Each unit has a balcony, a separate & comfortable bedroom and kitchen as well as very good wifi! The kitchen comes with everything provided & necessary to cook and make any and all meals you wish to prepare with nice stove and full sized refrigerator! A supermarket is but a 5 minute walk!||Having a separate kitchen, bath and living room which has cable tv and 48 inch LG televisions in both the bedroom & living room make this Apthotel feel as comfortable as you can while away from home! A separate laundry area is available as well!||It is extremely clean, extremely safe and extremely secure! The desk staff speak English as well as Portuguese for those English speaking folks, and they treated me as nice and with the utmost respect when i Traveled this time Solo as when I traveled there with my Brazilian wife and kid!||The price is extremely good for all you receive to include a wonderful daily breakfast!||We stayed as a family last December & I Stayed Solo this time in June for 10 days, and highly recommend to All!||I wish to say thank you to All Employees of this hotel for their kindness & for making me feel at home!...

Stayed for one weekend with my wife and one year old baby.||We had an upgrade due to my status on the fidelity program, and we stayed on a recently reformed room. The room was very good, with a total equipped kitchen (large fridge, microwave and electric cooker), and two rooms.. We put the baby crib provided by the hotel on the second room.||||The problem was the bathroom. The shower’s space was really tiny, less than 1 square meter and at the begging of the morning there was not hot water on it. We called the front desk and they told us that the problem was that probably many people were using the shower at the moment, and that we should keep the water flowing and wait for it warm up. So we did, and it took more than five minutes to the water become warm enough (not really hot) to take a shower. Considering that the city is trying to save water this procedure was at least not environmentally correct…||||Another downsize was the internet, that didn´t work...

Adagio Sao Paulo Berrini has been my favorite hotel in Sao Paulo for both short & long stay. Located in the heart of the Berrini business region,the hotel reflects the cosmopolitan style of the area:few minutes away guests can choose from 5 major shopping malls-JK IGUATEMI, VILA OLIMPIA, D & D, MORUMBI and MARKET PLACE; few blocks away from major expressways and only 3 blocks from Sao Paulo's integrated train/metro lines.

The highlight, however, is the most outstanding hospitality crew I have ever come up with in all my years of intensive travelling as a global company executive. From the front desk to the cozy bistro named B/Side staff, from management to housekeeping and maintenance, the whole team thrive in providing a most welcoming, efficient and enjoyable hospitality...
