The initial reception and foyer of this hotel are well appointed and indeed I have no criticism of the reception staff, who were polite and helpful, but that is where the good news ends.||The bathrooms badly need upgrading, but more than that are dirty and need a different cleaning regime. There is limescale on the shower screens and the shower head, with other exposed metal showing oxidation (rust). The grouting between the bathroom tiles looks dirty and there is consolidated dirt in the corners of the floor.||The Wi-fi is sporadic.||The lower floors are noisy.||The curtains are dusty/dirty.||The breakfast is largely bread/pastry based and is cold. Never expected the great service from management as well as working staff. We visited Sau Paulo for spiritual conference from USA and 65 people stayed from USA in this hotel. Nino, William, Henderson, Hotel Manager ( Forgot her name but so sweet lady), 4 ladies at the restaurant, Perdo and other Sheff ( forgot his name) and so many (all most 35 people in restaurant and 35 in hotel staff) are the GREAT people with the BEST Help.
