I wouldn’t rate this as a 4-star property it’s average. First, let me say that hotels in São Paulo are very expensive during the weekdays because of its business travelers, conventions, etc. You can sometimes get good deals at the mainline hotels during the weekends. This apartment hotel was one of the choices provided by my travel agent since we were based and paying for a room in Rio de Janeiro while visiting São Paulo for a couple of days, we didn’t want to pay an arm and a leg for our São Paulo room. We had double beds and they were literally inches apart so the room is very small. I thought that the room was reasonably clean until my travel partner dropped something on the floor and noticed how dirty it was under the beds. Free WiFi is spotty and can take a while to log onto. The room had a small kitchenette with microwave, sink and small fridge. The towels aren’t soft and the free breakfast is minimal and isn’t always hot unless you catch it when it comes out of the kitchen. The food that we had for lunch upon arrival was good but it took a long time and we were the only ones there. Rodrigo and Patricia at the Front Desk are very helpful. The neighorhood is quiet and full of nice amenities like restaurants, bars, Dry Cleaners, etc. The gym is nice along with the outdoor pool area. I was told that there are folks who actually live in this apt hotel. A neighborhood gem is Paderia Leiriense which is a fabulous bakery/restaurant and is open 24 hrs. We had the chicken cheeseburger and it melts in your mouth. I look forward to returning to this restaurant. They give you a numbered card upon entry to track your tab and you present it at the cashier to pay your bill. The CPTM commuter train is about a 15 to 20 minute walk from the hotel and the World Trade Center complex is about a 30 minute walk from the hotel. I stayed at this hotel for a week, rooms are in need of an update and some rooms set up are less than great as the TV is installed on the living room area with no visibility from the bed. Daily cleaning is ok I did not feel like I was getting back to a fresh and clean room as I usually feel in other hotels, bed sheets were never changed throughout the 7 nights stay I made sure to put the towels on the floors so they be changed when needed. Front desk customer service lacks they only have 1 person at all times so there is a line often. Not sure if they speak English either as I speak Portuguese. Breakfast was good always replenished and with plenty of choices. Location is great close enough to Avenida Berrine but away from all the traffic craziness. Valet service was really great those guys had the best customer service skills in the hotel it was nice to just drop off the car and call for it when needed as it is almost impossible to find parking on the street. Parking costs R$20.00 a day also not noted anywhere found out when I got there but well worth it and I believe reasonably priced to according...

Comporta uma família e uma criança de modo satisfatório. Itens do quarto devem ter melhor conferência. Quartos com dvd e outros não, sendo o mesmo profil e valeur. tv com problema(solucionado). Maior atenção da manutenção é necessário para não comprometer o norral. Possui ferro e micro-ondas e cafeteira a disposição. Sofá e cama confortável. Boa ventilação. Bonita vista.

Não tem espaço para reunião. Possui academia, piscina e espaço de acesso computador e Wi-Fi.

A depender do "turno", o atendimento da recepção deixa a desejar, no quesito diálogo e atendimento. O atendimento de recepção deve ser humano, o que não se resume ao trabalho robótico, o diálogo deve ser de cultura expressiva e diplomática. No mundo social e corporativo toda atuação profissional é um cartaz e um portal para manter ou conquistar oportunidades.

Do engajamento e acomodação que conheço de redes de comodidade em premium, dúplex e flat, seja nacional ou internacional, informo que precisa melhorar nos pontos acima. Acredito que são capazes disso e que a experiência seja melhor e com maior validade e requinte do que já permite.
