Hotel Intercity Berrini — Hotel in Região Imediata de São Paulo

The pictures are not from this hotel, it’s fase advertising! Terrible service, unhappy and unfriendly staff, the rooms are terrible and its no where close of anything they show in the pictures. Very expensive to what they offer! There is no water pressure in the showers in the morning, the bed is terrible, they gave us extremely thin pillows (see the photos attached), also the blanket was worn out and very very thin, we asked for another blanket then they gave us a very old and also worn out blanket. There is no ventilation or fan or air conditioning in the rooms. There is a very loud machine that keeps running 24x7 outside of the rooms and it’s impossible to sleep. The people from the others rooms talks very loud and listens to music and watch videos in the morning on their way to the elevator and they wake up everyone who still sleeping, very disrespectful. The breakfast is nothing of what you see in the pictures, false...

PLEASE NOTE: They are in the process of updating/remodeling. THAT BEING SAID, the staff was amazing. They didn't speak English very well but that didn't hinder service at all. The hotel is in a great location but it does need some updating. The room (806) we stayed in was old and a little dated. The bed was not the greatest and was very low to the floor. The bathroom had drainage issues and the shower water drained very slow. Also no iron in the room. You had to go to the first floor to iron which in my opinion was very inconvenient. The breakfast was good and there was a variety. Edna always had a smile on her face each morning. If in Sao Paulo I would definitely stay here again because once the updates are completed it will...

Good central location, service and staff are excellent but the rooms are seriously lacking. Moldy bathrooms, stained sheets with hair everywhere. The worst part though are the super thin walls. All the traffic noise from outside and inside the halls can be heard. I thought I just got a bad room, so i switched rooms and the second one was a little better on cleanliness but worse on noise. Who can sleep like this? All in all if your just looking for a place to crash for cheap this might work for you. If you expect a "4 star" hotel to have 4 star qualities then this place is not for you. I ended up here because my job booked this place. Unless they get remodeled I won't be...
