I have videos that capture the constant noise, but due to restrictions, I’m unable to upload them here.||Soundproofing is nonexistent. Read moreI am staying on this hotel every week from Monday to Thursday, this is my second week staying there but I will stay for another 3 months. The hotel location is awesome, near everyting(one block from Av Paulista, metro, restaurants and a lot more ; The breakfast is very good with lot of options such as great selection of fresh fruits, bacon, eggs, different options of cheese, ham, turkey ham, iogurt, fruit salad, etc; The room is very confortable, the first week I stayed there there were regular pillows which are still good(I have back pain frequently so I need decent pillows to sleep) and it had no iron for my clothes but I called them requesting one and they lent one very quickly. On the second week there was a "pillow menu" you can choose from which were awesome. Also there was iron available on this room. Both rooms had a small fridge, cable TV and were very clean, nothing else in special. There is a gym available which is very limited as most of hotels I stayed. The company I am working for give me the option to choose a different hotel but I don't have anything to complain and we will keep coming...
