Rooms: 1 star - avoid at all cost if you highly vulnerable to allergies. My partner and had a very poorly maintained room on floor 13. The room was highly concertrated with chlorine (bleach). The AC was fully covered in dust and upon entry of the room..The AC was enabled. Circulating dust, chlorine.
The room did look clean however there were also water droplets covering the entire wall on the window side.
The hotel staff said it's because of the hot shower, which is a completely different partition, and 3 metres away from the exterior side of the building.
Our clothes and luggage was soaking wet.
We moved to a different room located on the 15th floor, whislt the AC ventilation filter remained fully covered in 2cm of thick dust.
Please avoid it's not worth the money.
As the staff said they are currently under refurbishment. It's ridiculous that the hotel is still under operational use.
My partner and I are still severely ill, returning to the UK and we have spent £50 on medication between us.
Exposing us to dust mites, inflamed throat and nasal problems.
Hotel food is overpriced more expensive than your local restaurant and supermarket. £4 for a bag of ruffles crisp, and £11 for a microwave cheeseburger.
We stay for 3 nights visiting family and friends...
