Quality Suites Vila Olimpia — Hotel in Região Imediata de São Paulo

We stayed at this hotel due to it's proximity to a wedding that we were attending. The room was able to hold 4 with a room for 2, separate room for 1 and a fold out bed for 1. It had a kitchenette with some dishes and silverware. An iron and ironing board was included. Plenty of closet space for clothing. The AC units were a little difficult to manage and keep the room at a steady temperature. We did not have much trouble with the internet in the room but had poor coverage near the lobby and in the fitness center. The fitness center had 3 treadmills, one was consistent, the others did not work correctly. it had an elliptical and a couple of stationary bikes, some weights and a small universal set. Adequate for our needs but not an olympic gym. There was also a sauna that we did not use. ||Breakfast was included with a nice variety of fruit, cereal, bread and eggs, among other items. ||The staff was helpful when needed. Someone was around that spoke English most of the time. Excellent help for room service.||There is a large pool area but we did not get a chance to swim. ||Small business center was located near the lobby. ||We were on the 18th floor of Tower A. Nice view from the balcony. ||Shower provided a lot of water but the control was poor as much of water drained into the bathroom floor if not...

The staff was awful. I tried to upgrade my room but Paulo, the one working the front desk, was in such a terrible mood that he wouldn’t even respond to me. Also, room service never came to clean our room so we never received new towels. When I told the front desk about the issue, they told me I had my “do not disturb” hang tag on the door even though I didn’t. Instead of apologizing they blamed it on me. When I asked for a towel the first night it took 45 minutes to get up to the room. The room quality was not good and the walls were disgusting. We had 5 rooms at the hotel and all were the same. Hospedamo-nos no apartamento 1502-B, a hospedagem até é razoável, possui bom espaço, móveis velhos e cama dura. Após chegar no quarto e descarregar as coisas e sairmos para almoçar, não conseguimos travar a fechadura automática, chamamos a recepção e nos enviaram um técnico. O técnico nos disse que poderia ser pilhas ou então a placa da fechadura, nos recomendou trocarmos por nossa conta, acreditamos que ele achou que fôssemos proprietários do apartamento. Reclamamos novamente com a recepção e nos deram a opção de outro quarto, mas ao retornar para o apartamento, resolveram o problema da fechadura, acabamos ficando no 1502-B mesmo, apesar do inconveniente de ter perdido mais de 1 hora. O café da manhã deixa muito a desejar, vem pão francês do tamanho de 2 dedos e, pedimos café com restrição ao glúten por causa de minha esposa e, enviaram-nos café vegetariano. Reclamamos do café e nos falaram que não era responsabilidade do hotel, que eles tinham uma parceria com a padaria e as vezes o hotel solicita uma coisa e a padaria manda outra, enfim, ficamos sem solução. Tivemos que ir até o supermercado comprar itens para prepararmos um café para minha esposa que tem restrição a glúten. No checkout relatamos dos problemas que passamos, atendente falou com um supervisor e nos reportaram novamente que nada poderiam fazer por nós e não conseguiriram reembolso do café porque era um cortesia do hotel. Enfim, tivemos uma experiência nada agradável com este hotel, estrutura defasada e atendimento ruim. Fica difícil para nós recomendarmos e também retornarmos para hospedagem novamente. Espero que melhorem no futuro, senão, vão perder clientes com certeza.
