Not impressed by the service,
Spoke to NADIA twice on the phone to confirm they have parking space for the car and also the have a double bedroom available for me to reserve and pay when I get to the desk, as I had a 2 hour drive.
She said that's fine she will reserve it for me for 2 hours.
The place where I was had no internet so couldn't reserve online so I told her that, she said no problem can pay and take the room when I get to the hotel.
Once I get to the hotel the car park valet spoke to "Nadia" and apparently Nadia suddenly didn't know how to speak English very well and she misheard what I said and she though I booked already online when she herself asked me which room I want to reserve and the price for it when I spoke to her 2 hours beforehand.
Waste of time.
Also the hotel is on a steep hill and tight streets! Even a small car struggles to squeeze through the gaps, so goodluck.
Me I ended up finding a much better hotel with an incredible view for only £5 more. And...

Having just been through a safeguarding issue in UK and having been cleared of all allegations I chose to stay in this establishment. My dad was paying for this stay out of my inheritance fund and as the money cleared Western Union late I paid on the day I was checking out. Was supposed to fly to Birmingham that day but got a seasonal job instead. Petar Petrov thought I was running away. Slugged me off on FB !!!. I paid 1000 Lev had been pushed against the wall, grabbed by my shirt and called a thief. I enjoyed the hotel and hoped to help me up on my feet but the experience made me feel worse. Funnily enough my client whom I stayed at this hotel first time and whose inadequate needs assessment exposed me to safeguarding allegations called me asked to work for him again. So there was a problem with the heating in our room, we called and asked for support, and at the end we were told that the temperature is ok for the landlord and it is our problem if we can not stay there. Unprofessional, no customer relationship, nothing. In the winter do not stay in room 11. It is only one AC that doesn't work properly because it is unable to cover the whole surface of the room, it was sooo cold. We checked in at 14:00 and checked out at 17:30 in the same day because the heating didn't work and we lost 50% of the payment. We did not receive any quilt or other heating system.
