Imperial Inn Thousand Islands — Hotel in Ontario

I did stay in this location recently on their two queen bed room and the experience was horrible. The appearance aren’t that of a three or 3.5 star. Old blankets and beddings felt and makes the room more desperate. One of the bed had all dusty bedsheets and comfort on it so we couldn’t even use it as we try to use it we started sneezing and could feel the dust particle in bed. Fridge and microwave is right under the closet hanger space so the hangers for jackets are there but couldn’t use them as well. Washroom is a a tiny one too. Not at all worth for the money or not upto the star rating in the sites. In my room too I had the noisy heater unit and whole night was hearing a big background noise from the ac unit. Their continental breakfast is some bread and some crosshairs in a box and one jar of orange juice. No eggs or meat items . We actually went to the nearby Tims and McDonald’s for breakfast After we left there in an hour we got call from them saying they are missing bath towels from washroom and they gonna charge the person booked for our team. So we went back there to ask which item from which room and as soon as we showed up they said there is nothing missing sorry you don’t have to come back. Feel like they were trying to scam us.

Would suggest get the comfort inn for few extra bucks and be closer to the 1000island cruise friends. This is not worth staying here by paying their price unless you get some cheap rate under 70$ in it lol.

Booked this hotel on the long weekend in July so we could go on boat cruise||To bolt castle, nothing fancy but had mini fridge and stove that served the purpose, put us in cabin that looked liked a teepee hut at back of hotel but that was cheaper, checked the price of Howard Johnson across the street but online the price was ||Double, but when we checked at reception the price was only 100.00 more.||(That’s why you should always call hotel directly) Howard Johnson way nicer with a pool. Anyway this hotel was only basically to sleep so it was alright, bed were fairly comfortable as well as it also had t.v with limited channels but no pool. Did offer||Small breakfast from 8 to 9 in the morning. Served the purpose I guess, this hotel owned by family, problems with hot water in shower, but owner told us that we had to run sink water first to get it going. Small inconvenience, close to the park and where the boats are but still need to drive to get too or it’s a long walk. Went during their rib fest...

Now listen here, this place is perfect for almost any type of trip stop off. From family reunion to visiting friends it has an awesome little feel that is both tight yet roomy.

I went here with a ton of family to a wedding, where i rented a single room with a large bed (which if its just you or you and your partner is the most perfect size!) It even had a microwave which i dont see in many of the cheaper places. The cottages we a bit tighter due to 2 beds but still cozy to throw your kids into or unwanted inlaws.

Now here is the major selling point and if you party you will agree. The place is owned and run right next to a awesome chinese food restaurant! And they deliver to your room!!! Nothing better then a knock at the door to signal the gifts of beer and chicken balls. The food was great qith the service to match. And if i ever needed a motel in that area id would 100% rent here again. I promise you...
