Dragon's Nest B&B — Hotel in Regina

Absolutely wonderful New Year's eve getaway! I had difficulty arranging a last minute romantic getaway for New Year's until I found the Dragon's Nest. The jaccuzi tub caught my interest, and when I learned that the jacuzzi tub suite also had a (electric/gas) fireplace I was sold. After a quick 5 minute call with the host everything was arranged. It is an easy location to find, right off Albert St., easy parking, and there are coffee shops, convenience stores, and restaurants within walking distance. The atmosphere is great; very homey and warm, and the host was very accommodating. Our room, the "Love Room", is their high-end option, which is still less costly than a hotel, and worth every penny - four poster bed, fireplace, and jaccuzi tub all perfectly laid out. We were fortunately the only ones staying there, so we had the third floor to ourselves. Despite being a character building, it is very well insulated for sound, and we had a great deal of privacy. We saw other rooms that looked cozy and very welcoming, but wouldn't offer the same privacy or luxury as the 3rd floor rooms. Breakfast was prepared as I requested, and was just to my taste, which is simple and wholesome, and in fact exceeded my expectations with home baked bread on the first day. Within hours of arriving my girlfriend and I agreed to make a return trip in the summer - we are certainly coming back. I've also recommended this B&B to my mother.
