I ordered the Pad Thai extra hot and the Thai Spring Rolls - Took an hour for the delivery - not a problem.

The description of the Pad Thai from the online menu was not what was delivered. Pad Thai was flavourless sauceless and dry and without peanuts or thai chilies.

I called back and asked for a new order of pad Thai as described on the menu, a thumbs down for customer service and poor phone manners. It felt like I was in the wrong just asking for what I paid for. They don’t serve Pad Thai with peanuts because of penut allergies he said, and they don’t make It with sauce and on and on- so basically what’s on the menu is not what they serve. Really no penuts/ thai sauce / thai chilies?!

I was told they would not be sending back a new order of Pad Thai, and told me not to call back and order from there again but the delivery driver would return $15 out of the $30. Two minutes later someone from restaurant calls me to ask if I ate any of the spring rolls and I said yes I ate 2 - he yells he wouldn’t be refunding for the spring rolls, I diddnt get the chance to say the spring rolls were good.

Delivery driver showed up with $15 and I gave him the Pad Thai and he left without saying anything..

So maybe it was an off night for the chef - that’s understandable, but to be treated so poorly because I expected to get what I paid for was the real kicker..

I just wanted a pad thai extra spicy..

The second time I have been to this place I picked up Singapore noodles I asked the girl you have Singapore noodles with vegetables and just Singapore noodles I want just Singapore noodles please with cashews this didn't seem like a problem I got my order paid for it when home on the bus got home realized when I opened it up there was shrimp and chicken and pork and vegetables and everything else in my noodle. I phoned the restaurant back, I'm told them there was all of this stuff in my noodles that I did not order and they told me I was supposed to tell them of my restrictions. When the menu only says noodles I expected that is all I'm going to get. I don't expect I'm going to get a plethora of meat within them, including shrimp chicken pork. I am allergic to shellfish and almost croaked when I open the package to see shrimp just laying there right on top,along with vegetables so I don't know. I ended up calling them back and had to go back down there by bus and drop off the portion that they gave me in order to get a new portion and they'd never even offered to even give me a fortune cookie for my trouble, they told me that the mix-up was my fault, so you know what, I am never never never never never never ever going back there I will take my business elsewhere!!!!!!! First time visiting and not overly impressed. We (two people) sat for about 10 mins before even getting water, and then after that for about 15 until our order was taken. The food was okay, though the order was wrong a few times. (Drink wasn’t brought, and then brought the wrong one when reminded, yellow curry instead of red, etc etc) One part was fixed, just sent it back to the kitchen and got replaced with what was originally ordered. Wth the chaos that was going on we just ate what we were given and didn’t send the rest back. Multiple people came in for pickup and were left waiting for 15-30 mins for their food. One man was waiting for almost the entire length of us being there just to pick up his food. A couple sat down maybe half an hour after us and WE had to mention something about them being served after about 15-20 mins of them sitting without even drinks. There was just one girl handling the phone, orders, drinks, and pickup, so no wonder it was crazy. When paying the bill, we didn’t have the opportunity to look it over.
