There is always a very reasonably priced Lunch feature (around $7-$9) which is a great option. I can always find out what the feature is by their facebook page - but even if it isn't something you are craving all the prices are very reasonable!

We were in Regina a few weeks ago on holiday and picked this cafe more or less at random as a lunch spot. Best decision ever! It's a cozy, welcoming place with friendly service and absolutely top-rate sandwiches. My husband and I split the falafel sandwich; it was one of the best sandwiches I've had in ages. The focaccia bread is homemade and had the perfect texture and blend of flavours.
