Hotel & Departamentos Torremolinos — Hotel in Puerto Montt

We stayed here for one night in November 2011.||One night - never again!||||The room was hot; the carpet worn out and dirty; the bed was extremely soft (I assume worn out as well); blankets with holes. Towels with holes; the bathroom: horrible.||||Very old fashioned and run down - and very little to do with the pictures shown on the homepage.||This place needs some invesments in new furniture and decoration!||Breakfast: very limited!||||I can not recommend to stay here - nor will I stay here again.||||The only positive aspect: there´s a great steakhouse (El Fogon de Pepe) in easy walking distance. Excellent location with parking close to centre of Puerto Montt. Rooms were shabby and tired with stained carpets and a smell of damp. One room on the ground floor had a window that didn't lock and was easily opened from outside. On changing room, the only windows opened onto a covered area full of hotel washing. Habitación sucia con mucho polvo, paredes manchadas y una alfombra asquerosa que dudosamente se había limpiado alguna vez; camas malisimas en pesimo estado, de las 3 camas disponibles, no se podía dormir cómodamente en ninguna ya que se sentían los resortes en la espalda y la ropa de cama tenía un olor horrible; la tv no servía muy bien y se veía pesimo, baños con mala ventilación, un olor asqueroso y ducha con muy mala presión, con suerte salía agua caliente; mucho ruido de bencinera cercana y focos externos que no dejan dormir ya que dan directamente a las ventanas de la habitación; supuestamente incluía desayuno y el mismo día nos dicen que no se puede dar por "covid" y quizás nos podían dar un te o café; es lejos la peor experiencia que tuvimos en pto montt, ya que además, nos salió carisimo. Lamentablemente no existía disponibilidad en esa fecha para irnos a otros lugares y nos vimos en la obligación de quedarnos, pero no volveríamos jamás en la vida. En resumen: la peor experiencia de nuestras vidas....
