I've been there for 3 nights, I was traveling alone and the first and most important thing to say is that Claudio (the owner) made me feel like I was at home. We spent three nights in the Vip room of this hostel and we had a great time! The room was very clean and its view on the port and on the city was really impressive especially at night. Claudio served us a great breakfast with an excellent Italian coffee. Moreover he gave us maps and info on all the best things to do in Valparaiso.
