Residencial Vicmar I — Hotel in Viña del Mar

100 dólares jogados no lixo, aqui é o PIOR lugar que já dormi considerando o preço. Experiência horrível, fiquei no quarto número 10, é permitido fumar na área interna comum e entra fumaça no quarto sendo que tem somente uma janelinha no banheiro. Na reserva do booking não informa claramente sobre ser permitido fumantes, aliás tem placas de "não fume" por todo os lados, mas fui informada que é permitido. São muitos pontos negativos, no booking diz ter estacionamento externo, o que mantém o hostel no filtro da busca, mas é uma malandragem, o estacionamento é longe em um galpão terceirizado, impossível carregar as malas até lá, subida e rampas irregulares, nada prático. O frigobar do quarto - li em uma avaliação elogiando o frigobar - é uma velharia, arranhada, amassada, mofada, antes não tivesse, desleixo. As toalhas são duras e puídas, desgastadas, velhas. A limpeza é mínima, o ralo da pia do banheiro é um nojo, falta de cuidado e limpeza básicos. O quarto não tem luz baixa, abajur ou qualquer outra solução, a luz do quarto parece um farol de tão branca e forte, olhem as fotos... nada aconchegante. E o WIFI, óbvio que não pega no quarto. Horrível tudo.

100 bucks in the trash, this is the WORST place I have ever slept for U$100. Horrible experience, I stayed in room number 10, smoking is allowed in the common indoor area and smoke enters the room and there is only a small window in the bathroom. In the booking reservation, it does not clearly inform about smoking being allowed, in fact there are "no smoking" signs everywhere, but I was informed that it is allowed. There are many negative points, the booking says it has outdoor parking, which keeps the hostel in the search filter, but it is trickery, parking is far away in an outsourced shed, impossible to carry the bags there, uneven climb and ramps, not practical . The minibar in the room - I read in a review praising the mini bar - is an old thing, scratched, dented, moldy, it didn't have it before, sloppy. Towels are hard and frayed, frayed, old. Cleaning is minimal, the bathroom sink drain is disgusting, lack of basic care and cleanliness. The room doesn't have low light, lamp or any other solution, the light in the room looks like a beacon, it's so white and strong, look at the photos... not cozy. And the WIFI, obviously not in the room. ...

The place it self was not like a hostal, it was more like house. There was only 1 other group staying at the same time as us so we practically had the place to ourselves. Very clean, bedrooms were comfortable. 2 bathrooms to choose from, again very clean. Cleaner was in every day.||Kitchen quite big with fridge and oven plus a terrace.||||Only downside was this place is very hard to find as there is on sign outside just a number. Good Value and walking distance...

Excepcional! Con mi pareja es primera vez que visitamos la residencia vicmac, fuimos muy bien recibidos por la señora Maritza y su hijo al llegar, habitaciones limpias, cómodas con todo lo básico necesario para estar cómodos, el lugar es muy tranquilo y está muy muy bien ubicado a minutos del centro y la playa, el sector es muy tranquilo y de fácil acceso, tanto sus trabajadores, dueños y huéspedes todos muy decentes y tranquilos, excelente hambiente familiar, hogareño y acogedor, quiero dar las gracias a la señora Maritza por su flexibilidad y facilidad que nos dió para aprovechar al maximo nuestro viaje, sin duda iremos nuevamente de aquí en adelante, recomendado...
