Aerotel Beijing — Hotel in Beijing

AVOID AT ALL COST. Bad service, horrible access, in your room you can hear the airport broadcasting. I booked this hotel for my flight next morning. We had to walk in the cold winter evening for 1km to get to the hotel because the road to the hotel was blocked; the public has no access to the parking lot, while the staffs have. We met another lady who took a taxi and also had to walk with all her luggage for 1km. The hotel manager was absolutely ferocious. When we made the complaint, he told us to stop speaking, and said that many guests have complained before, but it's not their problem. The service was unbelievable. It was rude and unprofessional to the extreme. There was zero warning beforehand that there has to be a 1km walk. My dad is in his 60s and has heart disease, and had to walk all the way there and back in the coldness with 20kg luggage. The hotel showed no signs of being apologetic at all. You think that's the worst? The temperature controls system is sloppy and the room is cold ish. From early morning you can hear the airport broadcast from the room. It’s rather hard to find, staff of the airport wasn’t helpful. Got tired just from going to the room through endless hallways. The room was cold and the most hot water in the shower was only warm. There was only one blanket for two people. Instructions for the wifi are on the reception so i had to go there again through long hallway. It’s the closest option for transit flights, but i won’t...
