Sichuan Jinjiang Hotel — Hotel in Chengdu

We had a great experience with Jinjiang hotel during our stay on May 10, 2025. The front desk staff, Li Yue and Ora Fu, provided us with excellent customer service. On May 11th the hotel called a taxi for my daughter and I, knowing that we were leaving in a hurry. We arrived at the High-Speed Rail station only for my daughter to realize she had forgotten her contact lenses at the hotel. Since my phone did not work in China, we had to hurry back to the hotel. After hearing of the incident, Ora Immediately contacted the related personnel to locate the contacts. In the meantime, Li informed me that I had forgotten my backpack in the taxi we took earlier, and the driver had contacted the hotel. We left in such a rush that I was not even aware that I had left my backpack behind. He then coordinated with the taxi driver to quickly deliver it back to the hotel, so we could receive it while we were picking up the contacts. My bed was to short and I am only 5'-8" tall. The refrigerator in the room was empty: for a 5 Stars rated Hotel I expected to find juice, beer and even small bottle of champagne...||The location was great, near the river and not to far from Tiananmen Square. Also near the East parking lot has bus stop and Metro station.||My room was great, clean and the hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was the best part of my stay: it could satisfy everyone of different nationality, it was complex and abundant.||I realized later that this is actually an Hotel made of two complex, I stayed in the old one which is nice but a bit outdated . I will recommend to chose the new VIP building which offers new luxury amenities and that is where my wife and I we had breakfast.||I am sure this is a landmark Hotel were many celebrities stayed, including the current||President of China, so it felt like been a VIP...
