For the price and location it is an absolute steal. Definitely recommended for backpackers n solo travellers.

Pro Tip - If you are arriving by ferry or airplane, take the free shuttle bus to Lisboa Hotel Macau..The hostel is just 2 mins walk from there. They also have free shuttle to airport n ferry although the timings are restricted. Check beforehand. Else a single trip on any bus route costs only 6HKD or MOP

Don't like it. Staff is rude and won't bother not just with saying hi, but not even look at you. Plenty of the staff also don't speak English, my lamp didn't work and I tried consulting one of the staff but she just said "no work" and left. hygiene is average. The place looks very dirty but they do clean it daily. Sadly, in my room it looked like someone bombed it with hair and dirt but that's not the hostel's fault. Overall, I hate it. There's no place to sit, no place to put your bags and the atmosphere is boring. There's not really an atmosphere to begin with. Lastly and most importantly, I think I need to mention that they didn't give me a card or key. I didn't need it. Because they don't lock the doors and anyone can just come in and take your things! The experience is terrible. They still take the booking even when the room is fully booked. They got no bed space for mw when i arrived. Ended up squeezing me randomly in some room. I came back the next day finding all my belongings are gone and they shifted my belongings to another room without any prior notice. When i went to the counter to look for my belongings they even accusing me that they already informed me when they obviously didn't. The room and toilet is dirty and is very noisy.
